GEOENGINEERING WARFARE: An Exposé

This exposé will demonstrate to you that Geoengineering Warfare is a past and present fact that is being waged in Sonoma County, in all of California and elsewhere, threatening the very existence of humanity and of the rest of the biosphere.

After reviewing the documentation presented below, it should be obvious to you that there is an ongoing Geoengineering war taking place and that the first indispensable local step is to issue a Resolution banning all Geoengineering operations in Sonoma County and demanding the California legislature and the Governor to ban Geoengineering in California and to investigate and prosecute the planners and perpetrators of the Geongineering Warfare.

The Sonoma County community, where you live and which you love, is under a relentless attack by Geoengineering Warfare. Irreparable damage may have already been done but your (our) swift action to stop these aggressions and to clean up air, water and soil, and the impacted life, will have tremendous benefits, SUCH AS MINIMIZING THE INCIDENCE OF “FIRE STORMS”.

No grant or subsidy money offered or given to Sonoma County by Federal and State government agencies, or corporations and NGOs to do “the right thing” according to their agendas, justifies putting at serious risk the lives and property of Sonoma County residents.

Consider that inaction on your part on the threat to all of us presented by Geoengineering Warfare can be considered “negligence” of your duties of protecting the life and property of Sonomans that you swore to protect as an elected public official.

A very recent article (7/31/24) titled “Certain Dark Chocolates Contain High-Level Heavy Metals, Study Finds” exposes indirectly the contamination of food by the Geongineering Warfare massive spraying of heavy metals (and other substances).

The article suggests that the sources of the soil (and water) “contamination” are: ”livestock manure, irrigation with wastewater or polluted water, application of sewage sludge, use of metallo-pesticides or herbicides, phosphate-based fertilizers, and atmospheric deposition (chemtrails included?).

The case for “atmospheric deposition” likely being the main source of contamination becomes even stronger when the article reports that for “unknown reasons”, organic cacao products had higher levels of heavy metals.  All the other listed possible sources of soil contamination, except livestock manure, do not apply to organic farming, so atmospheric deposition becomes the main suspected source of the contamination.

Lead and cadmium are the main heavy metals tested in the study discussed by the article.  Both are on the list of toxic nano materials used in Geoengineering but they are just two out of many other ones used in Geoengineering, such as aluminum, barium, strontium, vanadium, titanium, manganese, polymers, graphene, sulfuric acid, and surfactants.

And it is not just about chocolate: “Dark chocolate is just one potential source of heavy metal exposure in our diets. According to a 2019 review in Environmental International, a growing body of research has identified concerning levels of heavy metals in various food crops, including:

• Fruits

• Leafy vegetables—green cabbage, spinach, cauliflower, lettuce, kale

• Root vegetables—radish, turnip, carrot

• Wheat

• Rice

• Soybean

• Corn

• Garlic

Heavy metals are also potentially problematic in some marine fish, seafood, herbal medicines, herbal teas, spices, fruit juice, as well as drinking water, particularly in areas with aging infrastructure or natural geological sources of contamination.”

The takeaway: Most foods (and waters) are contaminated (poisoned) with heavy metals and most of those heavy metals fall from the sky in the form of nano size particles sprayed by the geoengineering operations.

Reaffirming this takeaway, the table below reports on test results from rain water samples taken in Tuolemne County, CA and processed by McCambell Analytical Inc, as part of saveourskies.org investigations on Geoengineering operations. The test results in micrograms/liter show concerning levels of toxic elements and the presence of elements that are not found in nature by themselves as is the case with Aluminum and Barium, which are also known as “incendiary dust” (Makes vegetation highly more flammable).  It is also notable that the toxic element Vanadium which is very rare in nature is found in 5 of the 6 samples.

The contamination of crops and destruction of food production is just one of the “targets” of the Geoengineering Warfare.

Later in this exposé you will find out that the issue of the Geoengineering Warfare is no longer just the purview of concerned citizens and of a few NGOs, 12 States have put forth Bills to “ban Geoengineering”, one of which is already an enforceable law.

On October 2nd, 2001, visionary Democratic Representative Dennis Kucinich introduced Bill H.R. 2977, the “Space Preservation Act of 2001” with the purpose “To preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons”

To that end, the President shall:

“(1) implement a permanent ban on space-based weapons of the United States and remove from space any existing space-based weapons of the United States; and

(2) immediately order the permanent termination of research and development, testing, manufacturing, production, and deployment of all space-based weapons of the United States and their components.”

When defining the terms “weapon” and “weapon systems”, Mr. Kucinich included a category called “exotic weapons systems”, “designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in  space”.

One of those exotic weapons listed was Chemtrails (Stratospheric Aerosol Injections), an essential component of Geoengineering operations.

Furthermore, showing a deep knowledge of the existing and developing technologies, he also included 2 “exotic weapon systems” that are part of or facilitated by Geoengineering operations”

Psychotronic: Weapons that manipulate human behavior with the use of subliminal, either sound or visual, messages and voice to skull (V2K) .

Tectonic: Weapons that induce earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, or other seismic events.

The bill was referred to the House Committee on Science and the Subcommittee on Space and Aeronautics. On April 19, 2002, the Department of Defense (DOD) gave the bill an “unfavorable executive comment,” which effectively killed the bill.

The DOD, which is the main financer and developer of these weapons, killed  H.R. 2977, which would have protected the atmosphere, biosphere and lithosphere from attacks from enemies foreign and domestic.

Exposing the warfare nature of Geoengineering operations, in a letter published in The Guardian on 2/9/12, Matt Anderson, a former executive advisor in aerospace and defense for Booz Allen Hamilton (Major US defense contractor), Chicago, very openly stated that fact:

“Few in the civil sector fully understand that geoengineering is primarily a military science and has nothing to do with either cooling the planet or lowering carbon emissions (Report, 6 February). While seemingly fantastical, weather has been weaponised. At least four countries – the US, Russia, China and Israel – possess the technology and organisation to regularly alter weather and geologic events for various military and black operations, which are tied to secondary objectives, including demographic, energy and agricultural resource management.”

“Indeed, warfare now includes the technological ability to induce, enhance or direct cyclonic events, earthquakes, draught and flooding, including the use of polymerised aerosol viral agents and radioactive particulates carried through global weather systems. Various themes in public debate, including global warming, have unfortunately been subsumed into much larger military and commercial objectives that have nothing to do with broad public environmental concerns. These include the gradual warming of polar regions to facilitate naval navigation and resource extraction.

The secret open-air dissemination of pathogenic germs done by the U.S. Armed Forces innumerable times is another type of operation put under the umbrella of Geoengineering (Warfare).When done on U.S. soil they are defined as “tests”. Those tests have impacted thousands of unsuspecting Americans who have suffered various degrees of illness without getting any support from the government because the operations are undercover and therefore are not admitted.

The article “The US Army Has Admitted to Conducting 100s of Germ Warfare Tests on Americans (4/28/18)” reported on how serious these attacks (tests?) have been.

“In 1977, the U.S. Army admitted that it secretly conducted at least 239 germ warfare tests in the open air in cities across the country between 1949 and 1969. The areas where the lethal germs were simulated on the public were typically in major cities such as Washington D.C., San Francisco, New York City, Key West and Panama City, according to a report the Army submitted to the Senate Health Subcommittee”.

“Ultimately, while the U.S. claims that it must engage in the “War on Terror” to protect Americans from terrorists, the fact remains that some of the most harmful warfare launched against Americans on U.S. soil has resulted from secret experiments backed by the Pentagon.Yet none of the officials from the government agencies who are responsible have been held accountable for poisoning countless innocent Americans with the attacks.”

These types of harmful activities by the U.S. Armed Forces on American territory have been identified recently by ICAN’s (Informed Consent Action Network) legal team, which obtained records through FOIA request showing that the U.S. military sprays dangerous chemicals from airplanes over residential areas. The spraying is usually done at night, so you likely wouldn’t realize that your home had been sprayed. It’s done by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), which has a specialized unit that is dedicated to spraying large areas of land (5,000 acres or more).  

These military planes systematically sprayed, large, populated areas in Texas, Louisiana, Virginia, Parris Island in South Carolina, and the City of Burlington in North Dakota, just to name a few.

During the Vietnam War the US Federal Government developed more advanced weather and environmental-modification technologies to be used as weapons against the Vietcong, such as the artificial incinerations of forests.

The 1970 report “Forest Fire As a Military Weapon” commissioned by the U.S. Department of Defense (through ARPA, now DARPA) and prepared by the U.S. Forest Service, researched the technologies to prepare forests for extreme incineration.  

GeoengineeringWatch.org produced a video on this report commenting on its highlights and reflecting on the alleged benefits claimed by geoengineers of using fabricated wildfires to cool down the land by means of the smoke canopy created by the fire to produce the dimming of the sun, also known as “solar radiation management” (or modification).  The highly toxic smoke reduces the surface heat temporarily and then actually increases the surface heat exposure.  

The information in the Wikipedia document that I shared with you in my previous e-mail titled “Volcanic Winter of 536 AD” dismisses any argument that mimicking the aerosolized particle cover of the atmosphere from volcanic eruptions would have any beneficial effects to Earth ecosystems. On the contrary the Volcanic Winter of 536 AD which lasted at least 18 months, had catastrophic results for humans and for the whole ecosystem, such as crop failures, famine and millions of deaths.

Shockingly, the report “Forest Fire as a Military weapon”, includes specific data that outlines the best wildfire engineered wildfire incineration timing for various regions in the U.S. and in other nations considered U.S. allies.  The regions in the U.S. studied for their incineration potential include: Washington D.C., Florida, New Mexico, New York, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Minnesota, and in California: Los Angeles, Mount Wilson, Blue Canyon and Mount Shasta.

The 2018 peer-reviewed meta-analysis study, “California Wildfires: Role of Undisclosed Atmospheric Manipulation and Geoengineering”, after analyzing 88 scientific papers and from their own empirical data, concluded that: “The  California  wildfires, as  evidenced  from  our review, are  exacerbated  by  undisclosed  and largely unrecognised, large-scale  jet-spraying  of particulate  matter  in  the  region where clouds form which has become a near-daily, near-global activity. The   California wildfires are thus a microcosm of similar global catastrophes.”

Exposing some of the culprits of those military operations they wrote: “The  public  has  been  misled  by  the  government and  military  officials, by the  United  Nations, and by  members  of  the  scientific  community  who either  turn  a  blind  eye  to  the  aerial  spraying  or falsely   claim   that   the   particulate   matter   jet-sprayed  into  the  atmosphere  is  harmless  jet-exhaust  water-ice.   Deliberately   polluting the atmosphere with  particulate matter is not only unconscionable, but  disastrous  to human health as air pollution is already the leading environmental  cause of disease and death worldwide, and  it is  increasing  at an  alarming rate.”

In a special segment of Episode 336 of The Highwire (thehighwire.com) Del BigTree interviewed Dane Wigington of Geoengineering Watch on the role of Geoengineering in forest fires, providing commentary and documentation on the prevalent role of Geongineering in creating devastating fires like the Lahaina Fire, the Camp Fire (Paradise, CA), the Wolsey Fire (Malibu, CA), the Canadian fires of last year (72,000 square miles), etc (like our own Tubbs and Nuns Fires). The evidence is irrefutable that the collusion of government and corporations has created the wildfires being reported as “natural” fires aggravated by Climate Change.

Weather modification warfare was explicitly disclosed in the 1996 US Air Force Report “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025 REPORT”.  While this report was open in disclosing the plans to use weather-modification as a weapon, it lied about the fact that weather warfare technologies had actually been already developed and deployed for many decades.  Operation Popeye during the Vietnam War (1967-1972) is a notorious example.

In the document’s Executive Summary it states: “In 2025, US aerospace forces can "own the weather" by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battle space in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather-modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical road map. A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary.”

In 2009 the Air Command and Staff College Air University published a report on military weather control to protect from “directed energy weapons” (DEW) by creating clouds or dense fog.  This report, known as “Operational Defenses through Weather Control in 2030” presents the technologies as non-existent at the time but likely to exist by 2030.

“The United States needs to incorporate the defense against directed energy weapons with the same intensity used developing anti-ballistic missile defenses. One of the major drawbacks to optical or directed energy systems is the inability to penetrate clouds or dense fog. Advances in technology are beginning to bring weather phenomena under our control. Greatly increased computing power and micronized delivery systems will allow us to create specific perturbations in local atmospheric conditions. These perturbations allow for the immediate and lasting ability to create localized fog or stratus cloud formations shielding critical assets against attack from energy based weapons. The future of nanotechnology will enable creation of stratus cloud formations to defeat DEW and optically targeted attacks on United Sates assets.”

This report also acknowledges the existence of Directed Energy Weapons (and optical weapons) which are commonly dismissed by the government and the media as “conspiracy theories”.

Hiding the fact that Geoengineering has already been deployed systematically in the USA and globally for about 80 years, to the point that natural weather is rare, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy launched in June 2023 a five-year research plan that aims to develop methods of Solar Radiation Modification (SRM) in order to "cool" the planet and save it from "global warming.”

The “CONGRESSIONALLY MANDATED RESEARCH PLAN AND AN INITIAL RESEARCH GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK RELATED TO SOLAR RADIATION MODIFICATION” ignores the historical data of the disastrous consequences of natural Volcanic Winters that the plan is purporting to imitate, such as the Volcanic Winter of 536 AD already mentioned above, and the contemporary damaging results of the use of SRM for many decades.

This otherwise counterproductive and deceitful document, has had the beneficial effect of alarming 12 States to produce Bills to ban Geoengineering in their territories.  The Rhode Island Bill had been resubmitted in 2023 but all the other 11 Bills were submitted in 2024.  The Tennessee Bill was signed into law in April 2024 and became enforceable on July 1st, 2024.

The remaining States with Bills to ban Geoengineering are: Rhode Island, Kentucky, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, South Carolina, Connecticut, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

All of these legislative actions acknowledge that Geongineering is a threat to their State.  Pennsylvania’s SB1264 is an example of how serious the threat is considered.  This Bill states: “An Act prohibiting solar radiation modification, cloud seeding and polluting atmospheric activity within this Commonwealth; imposing duties on the Pennsylvania State Police and sheriffs; and imposing penalties.”

Under Implementation it states: “The Pennsylvania State Police or a sheriff is authorized to and shall implement this act, determining whether violations have occurred  and, if deemed necessary, shall refer potentially prohibited activity to the Air National Guard”.

The testimony and discussion of Tennessee’s HB 2063 at the House’s Agriculture and Natural Resources Subcommittee in March 2024, exemplifies the actions that led to the passing of the Law in April 2024.  The Bill got 80% of the votes in the Senate and 76% in the House.

We are living in critical times, when very important decisions must be made quickly and with the clearest and unprejudiced mind.  Wrong decisions and inappropriate inaction can mean very serious consequences for our communities and personal lives.

Among the many threats to our lives and well-being, Geoengineering stands as one of the worst.  Geoengineering has evolved as a weapon of mass destruction with destructive capabilities of incredible magnitude.  Those capabilities include droughts, fires, floods, tornados, hurricanes, derechos, earthquakes, lightning, large hail, extreme hot or cold temperatures, intentional dissemination of pathogenic agents,  targeting of individuals and groups, contamination of crops and farm animals, destruction of crops and farm animals, damage to the ozone layer (as a consequence of the chemicals being sprayed in the atmosphere) and even cognitive warfare.

Great misery can be avoided if Geoengineering Warfare is exposed, and stopped in all its forms.  You have the power to make a difference for the sake of Sonomans and of life itself.
